A Year of Resilience, Relief, and Hope for Gaza
In 2024, Gaza faced a staggering humanitarian crisis—its healthcare system in ruins, schools shuttered, and families overwhelmed by poverty and displacement. In response, HEAL Palestine mobilized its four pillars—Health, Education, Aid, and Leadership—to deliver life-saving care, secure educational opportunities, and nurture resilience. Our integrated programs not only address immediate needs but also lay the groundwork for a sustainable, stronger future for Palestinian children, even as the challenges persist.

Our Impact in 2024
Despite immense challenges, HEAL Palestine has reached hundreds of thousands of people, providing immediate relief and long-term solutions for Gaza’s recovery.
Health: Healing Bodies and Minds
- 490,119 patients treated at our HEAL Palestine-Kuwaiti Field Hospital in Khan Younis.
- 30 children with life-altering injuries evacuated to the U.S. for free medical treatment.
- 2,531 individuals received mental health support.
- 162,353 emergency visits, 3,068 surgeries, and 171,321 prescriptions provided.
Education: Rebuilding Futures
- 3,500 students received education across 11 learning spaces.
- Acre School in Khan Younis established, serving 128 students.
- Montessori programs in Egypt supporting 57 displaced Gazan children.
- Pen Pal Program connecting Gazan children with peers worldwide.
Aid: Nourishing Lives, Restoring Hope
- 950,000+ hot meals served.
- 330,000 families provided with clean water.
- 990 families housed in tents and 12,800 families received tarps.
- 51,500 families received blankets and 80,000 individuals received winter clothing.
- 59,000 families provided with hygiene kits.
Leadership: Empowering the Next Generation
- Launched programs to mentor and support injured, orphaned, and displaced youth.
- Building partnerships for long-term leadership development in Gaza.
Our Healing Community
- Over 120 fundraising events organized by volunteers across 25 U.S. cities.
- $4 million+ raised to support HEAL Palestine’s mission.
- A growing global network of donors, supporters, and volunteers working to sustain relief efforts.
