After years working in the tech sector, including professional experience at Alibaba, Hazem faced serious career uncertainty after displacement to Egypt. Changing work conditions and limited access to upskilling placed his role and financial stability at risk at a critical moment.

Through the HEAL Palestine x Axsos Academy tech scholarship, Hazem focused on advancing his skills in quality assurance and software testing.
