Through HEAL Palestine’s Tech Scholarship, 50 new students in Gaza are gaining technical skills, career coaching, and access to real job opportunities.

The program is designed to help young Palestinians continue building their futures despite war, displacement, and the collapse of normal education and employment pathways. For students in Gaza, access to practical training is not only about learning. It is about dignity, independence, and the ability to create a path forward in one of the most difficult environments in the world.

Through the scholarship, students receive training in technical skills connected to the job market, along with career coaching that helps them prepare for employment, build confidence, and understand how to turn their knowledge into real opportunities.

This approach reflects HEAL Palestine’s broader commitment to education that leads somewhere. The goal is not only to help students complete a course, but to support them from training to employment, giving them tools that can improve their futures and strengthen their communities.
